The construction of the laboratories allows for future developments that are likely to be required to meet the needs associated with regulatory requirements and technological developments.

Pesticide

Our Pesticide Testing Lab is entirely equipped with the latest technology of equipment having the best separation technique on which the international analytical community relies for the qualification and quantitation of pesticides. We have Binary Gradient HPLC with Autosampler, Gas Chromatography with Autosampler, single and double beam Spectrophotometer, etc. The assurance of testing is being monitored by PT (Proficiency Testing), and ILC (Interlaboratory comparison) throughout Pakistan including private and government labs, in-house retesting/replicate testing, and testing of an unknown sample to maintain impartiality. There is an online system for reporting which is implemented by its virtue. The whole activity of the laboratory is online and can be monitored.

For the testing of micro nutrient formulation with accuracy and precision, we have the world’s best brands of equipment, such as atomic absorption, Kjeldahl apparatus, flame photometer, furnace, and a full range of centrifuge machines.

 

Hi-Tech

Four Brothers Chemicals Laboratory is an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory that offers one of the most comprehensive pesticide residue analysis and testing services in Pakistan. Four Brothers Chemicals Laboratory performs pesticide residue analysis rapidly and precisely in our facility using cutting-edge analytical techniques, such as LC MS/MS. Included in the cost of service is access to our team of Pesticide Analysis and Formulation experts and lab managers with years of experience interpreting pesticide and residue results and addressing the issues that may occur.

 

Toxicology 

Four Brothers Toxicology Lab is Pakistan’s first and foremost private laboratory to receive the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. As stated below, we are the first company in Pakistan to conduct five-pack toxicity assessments of pesticides:

Machine

Four Brothers Research Complex is equipped with the latest calibrated (calibration from ISO 17025 accredited calibration lab) chromatographic techniques to determine the quantitively active ingredient and in-actives. Above standard tests and methods are implemented on this equipment by the professional team to get the test results.

 

Material

The reliability of the testing results depends upon the certified reference material. Four Brothers Research Complex is consistently focusing on testing using certified reference material which we get from ISO 17043 and Guide 34 accredited bodies. Concerning pesticide and micronutrient testing, we use chem service, VWR, and Merck standards to proceed with the testing. Due to this, we are giving results to all types of customers having accuracy and precision.
