Outreach Model
The outreach program consists of the untiring field efforts of the team. We work together with farmers to enhance their capacity and capability through a series of activities conducted in their field by our scientists and field experts. These activities include farmer meetings, field days, field advisory services, and demonstrations of new product efficacies against emerging challenges of crop protection. The idea of the program is to deliver support to the farmers that would meaningfully help increase their per-acre yield. These services keep the farmers updated with the stage-wise production technology of various crops and also allow them to have a comparative analysis of different chemistries of certain crops.
We are determined to assist our growers in the best possible ways so they can increase their productivity and bring prosperity to the farming community that takes over 65% share of the total population. Hence, along with our outreach model, we have an inverse communication channel where farmers can approach us through our call center and inquire about any agriculture-related issue. Our highly trained agents offer support over the phone and immediately route the query to the technical field staff that reaches out to the farmer in person at their earliest to support them in the best capacity.

Tarzan is a first-of-its-kind initiative that guarantees research-based and solution-oriented products and services to growers and producers. Through its largest network of over 1500 franchisees dispersed around the country, it focuses on strengthening and developing the farming community.
